"I went there at 11AM with a group of friends. All of my friends were seen for all of their services and several people were seen (who did not have appointments) all before me. It was 1:30pm when I walked out because all of my friends were done and I did not have the time to keep waiting to get my nails done. There were several times when the technicians were not doing anything and as soon as someone came in they took them right away, appointment or not."

"Terrible Experience at this place. They don’t treat their customers fairly. Another customer who arrived after me was serviced before me. I must say, it was one of the worst salon visits I've ever had. The tech who was assigned to service me appeared to not want to work that day. I had to ask him 4 times to add hot water to the pedicure bowl. When I asked another tech , they said the tech who was assigned to service me has to do it. Moreover, the staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. The “nail tech” who attended to me seemed inexperienced and lacked basic knowledge about nail care and that is ok because everyone has to start some where. The quality of the manicure itself was equally disappointing. When I asked him to remove the acrylic off my toenail he refused. So I left the salon with one acrylic toe nail and the other with nothing on it. The nail polish application was uneven, my toe nails were uneven and one was cracked. He did not attempt to fix it. After asking him several times to fix it, I had to ask another tech to assist him. That tech told me I had to tell him my concerns which I did but he appeared to not understand English in America. I would strongly advise anyone considering a visit to think twice. This salon falls short of professionalism, and overall quality of service. Save yourself the disappointment and explore other options for your nail care needs."

"Was needing a pedicure and manicure. What a disappointment! Didn't get hot towels on legs, hardly massaged my legs and feet. Made me bleed on 6 fingers. Gel polish on baby toe came off in less than 5 days. Thumb nail is cracked already and very sloppy application as seen on photo. Worker was more interested in video chat than doing nails. Staff is very rude. Other customer tried having a conversation with his nail tech but she wouldnt even crack a smile. Will never go back. (2pics attached. Just pushed back cuticles tonight)"

"Sadly, I walked out bleeding and was expected to pay full price. When I asked about discount the nail tech was angry and said I will give you $5 off $110 bill, when I tip more than that. She didn’t even check to make sure nails were same length."
