"I’ve visited this office a few times over the years and my experience with the dentist has always been great. But my experience with the receptionist/answering service has always been a nightmare so I had been going elsewhere. I called this morning to schedule an appointment as I want to start seeing this dentist again and the receptionist told me that I had been dismissed because I canceled an appointment in 2019, 2020 and 2022 because of work, and a no show for 2023. All I could do was laugh because again, the answering service is terrible. I did in fact call in a timely manner to cancel however, none of the actual workers were in office so I had to leave a message with the answering service which CLEARLY did not relay the message. I explain this to the receptionist and then she then proceeds to interrogate me and ask me a million irrelevant questions before even answering my initial question on if an appointment was available or not. Gave me flashbacks from the terrible service before so I just said never mind and hung up. AMAZING DENTIST, the receptionist and answering service STILL NEEDS SOME WORK!"
