"I was disappointed. People already don’t like (enjoy) going to the dentist as it is. I had the same dentist for 30 years and he retired. I then went to a place in CP but they don’t take my insurance any longer so I found this place. The technician called me ”ma’am” about 50 times in the hour that I was there, she could have said my name to make the first experience a bit more welcoming. Poor bedside manner as she was loud and the office space is quite tight. I never really thought I would feel embarrassed but after leaving there I felt like the whole office knew about my bone loss and tooth decay. The doctor was very nice but I’ll be heading somewhere different. HIPPA is important. I hate when the dentist makes me feel shamed. Nobody likes that. I’ll keep searching. The office was clean and the front desk ladies were nice. It just wasn’t for me."

"They were my go to for years. Then, I came on for emergency pain. They took me in, gave me x-rays, and said there is nothing wrong ! They said I didn't floss enough .... I went home in pain and all day the next ! I finally got a 2nd opinion at Merrillville Dental and they found I had a cracked molar , cracked on all 4 sides !!!!! No kidding! I am canceling my appointments with them and I promise you, I WILL NEVER go back. Look at my picture and you tell me that they couldn't see that ! The lady just didn't want to mess with it, I must have inconvenienced her ! She ruined it for Dr Brucci. (Who wasn't there that day) I won't be back and will never recommend them again."

"I called and called for three days, no answer. Left 2 messages, no call back. Finally got someone to answer when I pressed 2 to pay my bill. The girl I talked to was very rude. I have been going here for 10+ years. My son got his braces there too. Over the past years, the personal touch is gone, wait times for your appointment are ridiculous. I found a new dentist and they are wonderful and caring. You shouldn’t get to big and loose the personal touch."

"This place is amazing excellent service here. Staff are very respectful and polite. Very thorough with examinations and cleanings. Took around 50 minutes minutes since I was a new patient with all the scans and cleaning. Will definitely be going back here."
