"This hotel was disgusting. We got a king “suite” with a jacuzzi. There was food on the floor as well as other things suggesting they didn’t vacuum. Stains on the comforter. And dirt in the tub which I wiped away to make sure it was able to be cleaned which means they didn’t really clean. We immediately asked for a different room and they didn’t have any other than double beds according to the front desk even though they asked us which king room we preferred when we checked in. If I could give this a zero star I would. We asked for a refund so we could leave and they apparently couldn’t and gave us the managers number."

"Terrible experience. Not a cheap hotel by any means for 185 for the night, and the room was disgusting. The shower curtain was just gross. Save the trouble and drive a little further for a Marriott. Same price, but clean."

"When I checked in, the desk clerk could not be bothered they wouldn't even stand up from behind counter then when I got to my room, the AC was turned off and curtains wide open mind you it was over 100 degrees outside then come to find out the TV had no remote and agian the clerk couldn't be bothered with it. I've stayed here before also had a better review that's since been removed. I also suggested location to friends, which will be retracted it a shame, a very nice place that's losing its luster."

"Room was dirty, clumps of hair in corners. Sheets appeared previously used without changing. Comforter severally torn. Manager appeared to be responsive on the issues. The lady who runs the breakfast area is very nice and professional (sweetheart). The breakfast area is clean and well maintained."

"Bathtub was awful. It was not clean at all. There was a rubber mat in there and under it was pure black from mildew and hair. Mildew growing on the tub in various spots. There were old towels hanging on the shower from the previous guest. Carpet was dirty and they never vacuum. There was an old honey bun wrapper between the nightstand and my bed. And to top it all off they over charged me an extra night after I left. Thank goodness I had my receipt and got a refund. This place is too expensive for the quality. The young workers at the front desk were good, but other than that, this place sucks. Do better Comfort Inn. This is by far the worst."
