"This is the one to go to in this area. The girls are great here. They always get exactly what I want for my hair but they also have great conversations and the place is always busy but there's always enough people to cover it. I don't really know what happened to Merrillville but after the pandemic they have not been able to stay open and it looks like they might just be closed for good. A couple people moved over to this one and said that the boss was much friendlier and open with hours so I'm more apt to go where the employees like working"
"Stylist said she knew the haircut/style my 13 year old wanted and said he didnt need to take my phone back with the picture. Completely ruined his hair and he is beyond upset. She had no clue what she was doing and chopped off his bangs. Didn’t dry his hair (figured out quickly why). Do not recommend!"
"I have been there twice. Once a few weeks ago and again today. First time was good signed in … waited .. cut and out the door.. Today I went in .. signed in .. and was sixth or seventh on the list. Got to second on list and my name disappeared and got a text sorry you couldn’t make it..?! Told the girl she said it bumped you.. you waited to long. I’ll take you .. oh wait there’s one in front of you.. everyone who worked there knew because she yelled back and asked what happened.. 3 people and 40 min later I walked out because she put me on list but back at bottom . No thanks no stars for you .. you made me pick 1"
"I've been getting my haircut here for almost 5 years and they are always great!!"
"AVOID THIS PLACE! Horrible experience and customer service. I signed up to get a family member hair cut and it said to arrive at at 3. We showed up and they had 90 additional minutes to wait! Very unprofessional and very slow service. Very upset with this experience and decided to leave. I recommend going somewhere else. We scheduled the appointment and hour and a half early that’s how long they said it would be and to add an addition hour and a half is outrageous."
