"Janet, is by far the rudest person I never needed to meet. After checking me into a room that wasn’t ready it was in the process of being cleaned. She finally placed us in a room that was all set so we thought. To only learn it didn’t have hot water. Everything Janet did for me was create problems. I advised her that the rate she charged was incorrect she insisted it was taxes. To only find out the next morning she checked me into another guest room.. yes I provided my iD and challenged the price. Still to this day I have yet to see my money for the lack of hot water. Cornia- the assistant manager spent in entire morning fixing what a mess Janet created for my husband and I. She is very nice and professional and we appreciated her and the other front desk staff. Yes I’m writing two reviews because you sent me Barbra’s survey. Janet yes Barbara the lady who room you checked me in instead of my own. The same room I told you that you were over charging me for. The very same room that didn’t have hot water!! On yea and the same room you owe me a refund for!! That ROOM! It has been an entire week and nobody has called to rectify the issues…"

Especially when looking for long term accommodations. Rooms are apartment style with a fridge and kitchen amenities. Overall great experience."
