Going in I was so nervous for a wisdom tooth extraction but the surgeon was kind, personable and made the whole process painless."

"I like they have 7am appointments but I don't think the people working the front desk like it. I've only been there twice and both times I was not welcomed with a smile or a good morning or how may I help you. In fact, they just looked at me and I offered my information. If you don't like early hours then don't work that shift. I will give them 5 stars when the front desk people put on a smile and engage with paying customers."

"Went here for upper dentures. From beginning to end, which is a 6 month process, the service was excellent, their attention to detail is wonderful and the staff was very knowledgeable. Doctor Redmond is a phenomenal dentist I recommend her to everyone I talk to. Definitely happy with my selection as a primary Dentist."

"So I was introduced to Aspen dental only a day ago. I was told they have an Office in Chicago South loop that offers free dental services to eligible patients. So I called to find out I didn’t qualify. Which was perfectly fine. Thereafter I scheduled an appointment. They were able to schedule for the following day (today). When I got there, the atmosphere was fairly welcoming. They got me checked in. Had me fill out paper work. Every person I had interaction with had a great personality. At first they were able to find my insurance. But by the end of the visit we figured it out. The time from walking in the door to being seen wasn’t even 5 minutes. They took more X-rays of my mouth way more than any other dental office I’ve ever been too. After having the exam, they broke everything down to me tooth by tooth letting me know what I needed done. They explained all of the costs with and without insurance. They were also able to get me schedule for my first extraction tomorrow. IVE NEVER seen a dentist that had available appointments anytime sooner than at least a month later. Overall it was a solid experience. I’d recommend aspen dental to anyone in need of dental services. Lol. It’s funny I haven’t even gotten the work done yet and I am already please with there services. Only thing though, if you need work done you have to pay same day you are serviced. This is noted for folks who may be financially challenged."
