"I am a repeat customer. I really like the owner Fernando. However, recently the customer service has declined. I called this week trying to get my surround system connected. I had Fernando come out right before Covid, but never got the work done after the pandemic started. We decided to revisit this again this week after calling 2 times prior over the past few months and not getting anyone. A young lady was nice that answered the phone. She scheduled my appointment and took my card info. I was expecting a tech the next day. Left work early waiting on the tech, no call no show. I call the next morning and got a guy named Charles. Explained the situation and that I was charged but never heard from anyone. He claimed their system crashed and that he would see what was going on and call me back. This was at 815am. At 5pm I call back and get another lady. She proceeds to tell me that my card wasn’t charged the other day and that she spoke to Fernando and he said that my project didn’t require him coming out but I needed to pay $99 instead of $45 for a service call. Now, here’s my concern after you messed up and told me I was scheduled I had to call and be rescheduled only to have my issue diagnosed by a receptionist that does not do this type of work? How can you safely say what is needed if I only attempted to describe what I wanted. I am in no way a professional and would prefer someone actually come and diagnose my issue in person not through messages passed through a receptionist. After being offered another appointment and a higher price to schedule it I respectfully declined. I will not be using them again. This is not how you should treat returning customers. Very disappointed."

"I have been wanting to mount my outdoor TV for years and finally decided to do so after my mom recommended ihangtvs. The man that came out to look at the space and give me a price estimate was very helpful and told me about all of the options available concerning installing an outlet to hide wires & potentially mounting a sound bar as well. He helped me in choosing a sound bar that was economical. They were helpful and communicated with me consistently. The man who installed the TV worked quick, was so kind and approachable, and did a WONDERFUL job. I am so beyond pleased & will recommend this company to everyone I know."
