Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Very small and cramped location. One of the bathroom toilets was clearly out of order with waste and toilet paper stuck in it, but there was no sign or attempt to fix it. Most of the staff seemed to have 0 interest in actually doing their job. Guy on the line couldn’t even roll a burrito. The beef barbacoa was disgusting. It is supposed to be braised, it is not. It is supposed to be spiced, it is not. It is chunky, and somehow both fatty and chewy. Made me feel sick and I had to throw it away and just eat what was left in my bowl."

"Drive to the East side or downtown, or chose something else before going to this Chipotle. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Specifically asked to not have the crunchy dried rice at the bottom, yet he SCRAPED the dry rice from the side of the basin. The rest of the toppings were decent at best, nowhere as good as the other locations. I have always considered Chipotle to have fresh, good food. It wasn't like I went during the rush time either, there was a basin of fresh rice behind him. This experience was disappointing. It takes a lot to leave a bad review, but seeing this was not my first time with a negative experience at this location. The guy at the register was great however and that is why I rated the atmosphere highly."

"Such a busy night but the staff held it together wonderfully. The food was great, as always, and served very quickly. The place was a little messy but there were so many guests that there were no tables and they were the ones leaving the messes. I will definitely be back here often."

"This was our first time at this location. We walked in and all the empty tables were dirty. We planned to dine in and hoped the tables would get cleared and wiped down before we got our food. When it was my turn to order, the manager asked if we were dining in and I said I guess take out because none of the tables are clean. He said ok and didn’t seem concerned that all the tables were dirty. The place was a pit on the inside. They were out of fajita meat and queso. We ordered soft drinks and because we were doing take out we needed lids. They were out of the size lids so I had to ask for them. This place just opened and if they don’t get their act together it won’t be open long. Come on Chipotle, you can do better than this!"

"I was very excited to try a new location hoping for fresher food and a cleaner area where the food is. Just like the other two Bloomington locations this was a disappointment!!! Good area was dirty. Food has been sitting for hours no one takes the time to simply wipe down the counters and around the food. Brown rice mixed with white rice, beans stuck on the counter, tomatoes in the sour cream! It’s a let down and I’m very dissatisfied. The guy tried serving me old dry rice scraping the bottom I had to ask for fresh rice. I don’t get why spend the $$ to open and not try your best to keep it sanitary. The to go area was clean."
