"Wow! I was recommended to come here by a friend. Fantastic fast friendly service! While I was waiting with my girls they put a cartoon on for them and even gave each kid a Christmas present. The price was great too! The mechanic took the time to explain what he was doing and even showed me a filet that he said didn’t need changed yet. I can give a good enough review!! Amazing!!!"

"I got an oil change and they were rushing doing my oil change and forgot to screw and lock my cover plate. I called and told the manager what happened. No apology or nothing. I won't be back to that location. I went to an automatic shop and paid them $30.00 to close it. SMH"

"One star is too many. Everyone servicing the cars seemed like they were exhausted with the thought of human interaction. Before I got my service I greeted the guy and he LITERALLY rolled his eyes, cut me off and asked what I needed. So I told him a synthetic oil change and preferably a tire rotation if there's a combo deal like the website suggested. He said they weren't doing any rotations today, and id have to go to highland. That was fine, but the way he presented the info was what got me. Like I was a menace for asking. Then BEFORE the service I told the guy I had a coupon ON MY PHONE. He said "they'll do that at the end" I said thanks, appreciate it. After service was done I told the guy ringing me out, about my coupon and showed him and he said "you have to print it out". Not only have they ALWAYS used the coupon from my phone, but I specifically told them prior to service that I had the coupon on my phone. Needless to say I will not be coming back here or to any Duke of Oil to drop $85 freaking dollars for an oil change with that kind of service. Who knew Walmart would be the best option."
