"Was pre approved drove over an hour to look at and purchase a vehicle had all info specifically asked if I could email all paper work so as to not not waste time driving over an hour and was told they could not get me into the vehicle I was looking at and when I asked how much the down payment needed was to get into it I was I fired it was to much for me and when I asked why the price of the vehicle was they wouldn’t even tell me the cost of the vehicle I make over 90k a year I think it was extremely unprofessional that they told me what I could not afford and not even tell me the info I needed about purchasing the vehicle very unprofessional in my opinion will not be back in the future or refer family or friends very disappointed in the way my questions were awnsered and before anyone says they did that because I couldn’t afford the vehicle I most certainly can that’s not an issue."
