I feel they should've been more attentive to spills etc, however, I did have my oil cap on. I've had a bad experience with another service center that have forgotten to cap my engine."

"The worst experience ever . I went to get coolant refilled. I was told by management that if leakage the system would reject. Less than 24 hours I have no air in my car. Took back to this location management refused to investigate the problem and the regional manager refused to contact or give me a refund. They stole my money of $171 dollars . Did not provide service I paid for. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well"
