"Great experience! We first needed a whole new windshield as a rock hit it just right to put an immediate huge crack. I called for pricing. A competitor had everything automated, you couldn't talk to a person, and they were almost $200 higher. At Gerber I talked with a friendly person who was very informative. They were able to have a tech come out quickly who was friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, less than a year later we got a chip so we needed their service again. We were just as happy as the first time. I'm so happy we went with them."

"Oct-21-21: dropped off car to have insurance work completed (paint scratches) entire car except for hood and roof was to be painted. i have asked and made sure that the color/finish would not pose any issues for the shop. otherwise i would have taken it to another shop. i was assured by the service manager that there should be no problem and the car will be done on time. Nov-19-21: I arrive on site to inspect/collect my vehicle. found several inches of runoff all around the vehicle. the finish was inconsistent with the unpainted parts and in some cases inconsistent with itself (new paint work). I felt sick looking at the car, rejected the work and pointed out to the manager what i saw. The manager acknowledges that the work done was unacceptable and he said i will be made whole and i should be able to come back and collect the vehicle soon. I personally doubt my vehicle had been through any inspection processes, if it did i would be thrilled to learn more about it!! Nov-29-21: 2nd attempt to collect my vehicle. Some of the runoff pointed out the first time was still present. additional surface scratches were made on the passenger side while removing runoff on that side as well. primer mist spray was found inside the door jams (both sides) orange peel finish was there too. I pointed out these things to the manager (again) and was assured (again) that this mess would be corrected. Dec-1-21: I have not been contacted by Gerber nor been given any dates to attempt and collect my vehicle for a 3rd time. I have made my insurance agent aware and they contacted Gerber. so far I'm expected to go look at it again on Dec-6-21 according to my agent.... This is not acceptable for a national chain of this size. see photos for reference. Have not reached out to corporate yet, will update this review with any future developments."
