"I've been going to Paul for years. My ex even took his Blazer and Taurus there. I took my Cavalier and daughters Cruz too. I took my Terrain for an oil change and also asked to have my turn signal bulb replaced and even brought the bulb. Paul has done it before. It takes 5 minutes. After the oil change was done, he tells me that I have to bring my Terran back for 3 to 4 hours and it's going to cost $100.00 , to change the bulb because they have to take the grill off!! What????
