"Very welcoming desk clerks. The pantry downstairs offers good snacks at (for an off-site store) decent prices ($2 for a single- serving bottle of milk). Very comfortable room & bed. I appreciated vent in bathroom (word how a lot of hotels don't have that! ) Odd to get to-- keep your eyes peeled because Google Maps gets confused at the very end."

"The room was not clean. Floors were filthy, carpet sticky, & something had been spilled all over the bathroom wall and not cleaned properly. The floors had not been mopped in a long time. My husband cleaned the floors and the cloths were black with dirt and debris. On a brighter note, the location was convenient as we had a family member in the hospital and was near restaurants and shopping centers."

"The rooms are nice and modern. The hotel is quiet. The water is nice and hot. Walmart is right down the street. Restaurants are in close proximity. The beds are comfortable. Some of the staff were nice and helpful and some of the staff could work on their people skills. Don't leave your bags open, my room had roaches in the bathroom. There aren't a lot of hotel choices in the area and I needed a hotel while traveling for work. I won't stay again."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We were in a situation where we had to book it last minute and the whole process was amazing! The room is great space with a little kitchenette. It was very clean! On top of all that, the staff is wonderful (especially the general manager)! They were so helpful and went out of their way to show my husband and I kindness. If we ever end up in Alabaster again, this will definitely be the place we stay!"
