"They won't see my 6 year old son because I had to cancel two appointments. Even though I called ahead to let them know."
"Great experience! Great staff! Great dentist! My family loves Dr. John!"
"I absolutely dread going to the dentist, I have had a few horrid experiences over the years at different dentists but Heather treated me great and walked me through everything and put me at ease. Not to mention she did a great job! I also just went in to get some cavities filled and of course I was a nervous wreck but Dr. Arena was amazing. It didn't hurt at all, no discomfort what so ever and it was super fast. I didn't catch the dental assistance name but she also helped calm my nerves! They are amazing!"
"While I think Dr. Arlena Roshel was great and very thorough (the only reason this isn't one star), one of the dental hygienists (Lori?) rubbed me the wrong way so much that I switched dentists. While taking x-rays and getting prepped for the dentist she chatted loudly with the next hygienist over and made it seem like I wasn't even there. Not sure if they were running behind or not, but she seemed extremely rushed and just kept running around, making an already nervous dentist-goer even more so. THEN we get to actual cleaning. While cleaning my teeth she actually said to me "Did you even brush your teeth this morning?" I was shocked and embarrassed. Of course I had, sorry, my appt was at 10 and I start work at the hospital at 7:15am. I ate and feel like I'm similar to most of the general population who does not brush after every single bite of food. My apologies. I work in healthcare and even if you're thinking something like that, you don't say it. It should be your every attempt to educate the patient in a way that is not condescending nor should it sound judgmental. It's unfortunate that she had to ruin my experience there. I love my new dentist though (as much as anyone could I suppose) and am getting the care that I need."
