"The dentist is rude, and God forbid if your schedule or family emergencies don’t fit around your appointment time. She will not see you if you miss appointments. So if you plan on keeping a dentist this isn’t where you want to go."

"Rude. The receptionist said I missed 5 appointments but when asked what dates she could go only give me 3 dates that were scheduled. One appointment I called and rescheduled for, the second I made it to, the third I had no idea about. So they can no longer have me as a patient. My advice go to a office that's more understanding, where the receptionists are snarky know it all's."

"Wow , I have left multiple fantastic reviews of Dr Arlenas work in dentistry but I called to make an appointment for my husband and was nothing short of hung up on by the receptionist. I simply explained the situation and she seemed very irritated by my explanation -- needless to say this is the 3-4 time we have had to call to try and address an infection that keeps my husband in constant pain for almost 2 years now . I was still speaking when the receptionist hung up on my mid sentence , and I was going to make appointments for my kids to go there , but now I'm going to reconsider . I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars within Arlenas office and I'm absolutely appalled at the way I was treated . I have a graduate degree in business and this is the last woman I would have representing my business by telephone - which is the first way people will "see" how your business operates . Loyalty is a good thing , but not in this case ! She needs to go ."
