"Roaches , water bugs , dope heads , and there are 3 rooms in particular where ppl actually have lived for YEARS , that make all kinds of noise and hit walls at night. One room argues 2 times a week but never get thrown out. Me and my gf argued 2 times , got kicked out. I recommend NOT using this place. Unless you want to lower your standards and live amongst feinds and roaches like common swine , additional note , falkville is where the trash dumps should be"

"Not necessarily a bad place. But there are some rude people. Stay in here. 3 in the morning, I have somebody wake me up. I don't answer my door. But they wait five minutes and come back. When I called the manager, she said she didn't hear nothing. Acting like it was no big deal. Other than that, I'm content. This happens one more time. I will not stay. That was rude and disrespectful. And I've only been here three days. And the parking is horrible. The parking lot as big potholes in it. And you can't even park in front of your own door."

"They are very friendly and helpful. They are improving all of the rooms slowly but surely. Would I recommend staying here? Yes I do recommend Lacon Motel. The only bad thing is when they clean the rooms they need to do much much better cleaning them. That is the only downside i see. They are very very friendly here. Yes I recommend this Motel."

"Like a scene out of a horror movie... The room smelled of mold. The floors were damp. The room was extremely run down. The phone didn't even work. The ac unit didn't work. The bed smelled of urine. There were bugs in my room. The locks on the door were cheap indoor bedroom handle locks. One of the locks didn't even work. The bathroom was rotting. There a hole the size of my head below the bathroom sink from rotting wood. The bathtub had duck tape over where the faucet was suppose to be. The mattress had no frame and was just put on the floor. The bed smelled so bad that I put my own blanket on top of the bed and slept on top of my blanket. This room was NOT worth the $45 they had me pay for the night.... Avoid this hotel at all costs."
