"Yes the staff is nice the offices are clean and they service mostly children, I am old 67 to be exact I have a permanent retainer it’s a year now and it’s not the smile I wanted $5,000 + dollars out of pocket and now another $200 for a office visit to check their work, It’s not what I’m use to ."

"Dr. Surber has always been great when my kids had braces. Recently my son’s permanent retainer came loose on one side. I appreciate that they got him in quickly, but now I know why. 5 minutes to grind down the glue on the end of the retainer and reattach it with glue. $180 for 5 minutes and the Dr. didn’t even look at him? $90 office visit and $90 repair? Ridiculous. Next time I’ll just JB Weld the damn thing."
