"For our first visit, we had a super nice experience. Dr Kim was very honest and kind to me (I have pretty major issues with my teeth), he was not rude or judgmental and told me exactly what he could help with and what I needed to be referred out for. My kids really loved the whole experience of their teeth cleaning and really loved the play area. They were quick, could reschedule me for work, and the staff was all very friendly. I'm happy to say we will be continuing our care with Dr. Kim and his team"
"I don’t typically fill out reviews as I work specifically hand-in-hand with a company who sends out text for reviews and I understand that things happen. But when I receive my text message to fill out the review, I figured I might as well they called to set up an appointment for my child as he was due for a check up, she said they have availability this Saturday. We took that time slot and came a little less than 15 minutes before our appointment as most places request that you come 15 minutes early. We got in there. She asked if we had an appointment I said yes and my child’s name she said, go ahead and take a seat. At that time, There was nothing notated to us how long the wait time would be. we were not asked to fill out paperwork as he had been there previously, after an hour and 20 minute wait my son had finally been called to the back. I’ll take accountability for those 15 minutes as I don’t remember with if they asked us to come 15 minutes early or not but the other hour and five she could’ve apologized for or let us know that it was going to be that long so she calls us we go to the back and we proceeded to wait another half hour before I engaged with the staff asking how much longer it would be. I understand wait times can be long and sometimes it can’t be controlled but just letting a patient know how long it’s gonna be, or even apologizing, I feel is the most appropriate thing to do. once they came to see my son he came in counted his teeth and another person came in to brush the vitamins on his teeth he immediately was upset, as nothing was being explained to him. So I had to explain to my child what was being handed to him. I personally knew it needed to be brushed on his teeth And I only knew because of his previous appointment. She then proceeded to say well well you can brush your teeth with it knowing a four year-old is not going to brush his teeth as well as she would have so then I brush his teeth with it, while holding my two month old in my arms. Just felt they could have done way better with my son."
"New patient. First visit. Office was clean and open. They have an entire play room/area for the kiddos. I had an early morning appointment but I was in and out in one hour with getting multiple extractions. I also like that they took the time to figure out my insurance benefits and explain them to me. Will definitely return with the kiddos."
"We came in and noticed huge stains on the carpet. The front desk was quick and friendly enough. The dental assistant was absolutely lovely. The dentist was in quite a hurry. He tried to clean another girl's teeth and we heard him force a dental cleaning on her, knowing how bad her teeth were. He used no numbing on her whatsoever so we just casually listened to her yelling in pain while he kinda forced her into that. And then the assistant came in and was lovely and was much more communicative and made me more at ease. I don't even know their names, I've never had a medical professional not even ask about history. He couldn't identify what had already been done, and didn't request records to see what had been done once confusion arose. He spent 30 seconds in my mouth, used no mirrors and did no actual examination. He didn't even clean all of my teeth. He only cleaned my front bottom teeth. Good support staff, but they need more dentists or a new one."
