"The worst place to live. Management is rude, the water is always off, they keep moving trailors in right on top of each other, they'll put a letter on your door about the grass growing in your gravel driveway when your neighbor has trash piled up almost as tall as his trailer. And they constantly raise the lot rent prices when we barely have a lot at this point because the trailers next to us are so close. Its been a bad experience since day one."
"RV section, no rooms but ours. Did overnight while traveling I-65. Close enough off 65 in northern Alabama. Pull through sites made it convenient. Good overnight rate plus visited with family"
"This has been the worst place to stay!! You never know when you will have running water! They shut it off without any notice. And it’s off for days. When we called to ask about it they had a smart attitude about the situation. They allow the maintenance people to do what ever they want, they are exempt from the rules. Our driveway blocked by the staff members so we drove around them and pulled into OUR lot. They then put a notice on our door saying we can’t drive on the grass but yet again the maintenance people are allowed to park on the grass! Why are they exempt?!?! I personally believe the staff is racist and only said something to me because of the color of my skin! Shockingly all the maintenance people are caucasian. So yes I feel racially profiled. I do not recommend staying here. Also the price of the lot rent has went up every year but they aren’t offering any more services or even able to keep up with the one thing they do offer which is WATER!!"
"Stayed here for about a month while working the refuel outage at Browns Ferry Nuclear. Overall, good experience. The water pressure was on the low side, but serviceable. Our spot was back off the highway, so nice and quiet. Neighbors were harmless, and everybody we dealt with was friendly. The mailboxes and package delivery was great, made getting things much easier than usual at an outage. The laundry facility was very nice, and extremely convenient, even if the big washer was usually broken. Rates were a little on the high side, but not terrible, and it was a decent drive to the plant. The dog park was a great touch, and my 13 year old Husky LOVED getting to stretch his legs over there most days. We had a Tornado Warning while I was there(of course it happened on my night off!), and originally I was going to mention that I was annoyed that the tornado shelter was so crowded and unpleasant, but... There was a tornado shelter. This is the first park I've stayed at that had one. And they even had a designated area in it for people with pets! The staff(or volunteers, I'm not sure) in the shelter did a great job keeping everybody informed and calm, and even if it was crowded, we were safe. This is probably the best place I've parked our camper during an outage, and I'm absolutely going to stay here when I come back for Browns Ferry's next outage. Hopefully I get a good spot again!"
"I have lived here for 4 years now. Ever since the new management has taken over, I have seen great improvements with the park. It’s a super quiet park to live and the neighbors have been absolutely amazing. Lainie, Faye, and Robin are amazing Managers. The maintenance crew have done so many improvements and I am very pleased to call this my home. So I would like to thank all the managers and maintenance crew for every thing they do to improve the park."
