"They checked everything precisely never been told about a cleaner, at any other oil change place and they sure told me offered it and got me straight on my oil service change, very polite and professional. Thanks so much."

"I was used to quick lube. Sat in the lobby, great customer service. Felt comfortable and didn’t feel like I was trying to be sold left and right. But now that it’s Oil Changers, everything was different. It’s winter… I had to sit in my car with windows down. The guy who has worked there since it was quicklube, who is always great, tried to sell me on two things I’ve NEVER been asked about at an oil change. He was persistent even after I told him I’m a single mom and would need to wait until I get paid. You could tell he felt uncomfortable repeatedly asking. I don’t come to get an oils change and have to “help” the technicians by turning on blinkers, stepping on the gas for 10 sec at 2RPM, and all that jazz. After a long day of work, the last thing I wanted to do was stress about getting my oil changed. I will not be back."

"I love that you can stay in your car, the guys were very personable and if you haven’t had your cabin filter changed…worth the money! Mine was the original and NASTY! Great service!"

"This service was OK, but I did not appreciate sitting in a freezing car while the oil change was being completed, and I know that probably will be a problem in the summer too, sitting in a hot car. Even though that sounds convenient, it's a little annoying because you're freezing in the car, and I didn't know I had to reset the setting where it shows that I need an oil change, other than that, I believe the services were good. I am going to miss having my car being vacuumed out."
