"the doctor that’s dealing with braces is completely rude following his team members i haven’t been in since i was pregnant with my daughter and she’s 1 now and he told me i can wait and be patient after i’ve been waiting for 45 minutes to be serviced he told me i haven’t been here in 2 years i can wait longer that is completely rude and disrespectful i don’t care if i haven’t been here in 5 years your job is to service me im here now and that’s all that matters now before that the PSR is rude as well she had the most nastiest stankiest attitude and costumer service i have ever received from anyone im a dental assistant myself and im comfortable with being in a dental office but what if i wasn’t ? is this how yall treating all of yall patients ? its a certain way you talk and treat your patients and this location of destiny dental staff members are rude ! it was only one person who was nice and wasn’t being rude and that’s the dentist who actually did my work but i had a terrible experience and this is not the first time i’ve encountered disrespectful behavior from this location and this same doctor ! i do not recommend"

"I would’ve given them zero stars if I could’ve. Took off work for an appointment I had scheduled almost 3 weeks in advance only to show up and be told I couldn’t be seen due to a scheduling issue on their end. Reached out to the manager Olivia at the email provided on the business card I was handed at the front desk only for her NOT to follow up. When I did reach out the next day via phone she tells me that she doesn’t have access to that email and even after talking to her my issue was still not resolved. I asked her for a corporate number and she me a number but also told me nobody will answer, because it’s a text service! Lousy customer service as a result of very inadequate leadership."

"This was the best dental place I’ve been to. Olivia helped me so much and to understand all the work that was going to be done. The dentist and the assistant were awesome, they made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a dentist. Thank you to everyone at Destiny Dental on 87th Cottage Grove. I will definitely be back."

"This dental office is trash! They hardly ever keep their own dental appointments, they give you. You show up on time to your dental appointment, they change it on you 1-2hrs later without hesitation because they running behind. What a horrible place. People need to demand better services for services we pay for."
