"I registered... sat out in the waiting room for one hour no one approached me...so I returned to the desk and ask why the delay. I got the company line were backed up we'll see you soon.l sat another twenty minutes before being taken to the back to sit another fifteen minutes. A you lady appears says nothing walks out.playing with another young guy...frustrated I stand to leave the young lady approached and say I'm going to take x-rays. I reply I'm here for a consult. Don't I speak with the dentist first? I waited for a answer..she stood there. I left . I will not return...pooooor. service Not recommended"

"My dentist was awesome. I had several appointments and each treatment was flawless and professional. At age 60, I've had the gamut of work done. Mostly unsuccessful and dissatisfied but at Dental Dreams ever procedure left me smiling with confidence with no pain. Kudos to the Dental Dream team. Job well done. "My 1st experience here was not so great although a young lady did her very best to try to accommodate me. I was seen by Dr. B after a long wait for another dentist. He took good care of me. My most recent visit was great. I was seen by the same dentist as before. The best part of my visit was talking to the same young lady from my 1st time there. I found out her name is Brittany. She's a wonderful asset to the office. She's extremely thorough & makes sure you're comfortable while you wait. I was going to do 4 stars due to my 1st visit but Dr. B & Brittany deserves all 5. Keep up the awesome work!"

"Horrible wait time! Appointment time was 12:00. Signed in at 12:07 and as I’m signing in I see several others appointment was for the same time and we didn’t get called until 1:38. Got to the back tech took X-rays and polished teeth and we waited again as my child is becoming extremely restless, then my phone died and I got up and left at 2:38 NEVER saw the dentist at all! NEVER AGAIN. I will be contacting my insurance to let them know this was an incomplete visit! Only in the black neighborhood does this happen. Do better!"
