"Showed that they are closed at 10pm, yet when I arrived at 9:48pm for a 20 dollars Uber eats pickup order they were already closed. Please don’t lie about the operating hours, otherwise the delivers, and customers will have to waste their time and money."

"Extremely disappointed with the experience this evening, ordered inside to go and the front counter staff was extremely rude and non responsive. Having an entire conversation amongst themselves without greeting us and sitting back chatting when I was ready to order. Ordered a chix box and sides. A long with a famous bowl and 2 orders of fries. After receiving my order there was one order of Fries missing (taken care of) but Fries were stale and mountain dew was out."
"Went in to order dinner, and the coupon stated I could order half strips and half chicken. The acting manager was so rude, so I ordered what I didn't want all strips. They were dry and nasty. I will never order from WL KFC. I'll go to lafayette location."
"Quality seems to vary quite a bit here. Sometimes the chicken is perfectly done and delicious, while other times it's dry and hard like they forgot to pull it out in time. The "popcorn chicken" deal they sometimes have was a huge disappointment. It's 80% breading and super dry."
