I asked the staff because the pizza didn't come out, but they told me to wait without checking the order, so I waited for another 10 minutes but it didn't come out. Another employee came to the counter, so I asked again and my pizza was already out. I'm dissatisfied with the service… Pizza was delicious"

Horrible experience No way to communicate with the driver. 2018: I had a lovely experience ordering from this store. They were very generous with the toppings too. It was baked to perfection. Usually roasted chilli flakes are given free at some stores. But this Store charges ¢30 a piece."

"I went online to place an order with Papa Johns in West Lafayette, Indiana. I had a coupon that was valid for a large two topping pizza for $9.99. It would not take my promo code when I was online to order. So I called the store and the gentleman that answered said the promo code was invalid. Then he said to hang up and call back and dial one. I said I spent 20 minutes trying to get this pizza with the coupon and I am not going to waste another minute on it. He did not offer me any help me whatsoever! Extremely terrible customer service at the West Lafayette Indiana Papa Johns. This was Friday June 17 at 4:53 pm."
