"Worst business experience I have ever had. Held my car for 7 weeks and did not completely repair my transmission. Over those 7 weeks, they never took accountability to reach out to me and keep me updated on my repairs. I always had to call them first and every single time they gave me a response that my car would be finished on a date that always ended up getting pushed back. They left my car dirty and with a stench that has been incredibly difficult to get out. It seems unfair to other establishments to even refer to Irvin’s as a business. Terrible professionalism, terrible accountability, and overall lack of care to the customer. Please avoid at all costs! I have to take my car to another mechanic and incur additional costs because I don’t even trust them to reconcile their mistakes."

"Worst place I've ever been! They were paid by my warranty company to put a new transmission in and I found out by my mechanic that it is actually a used transmission. They had my truck for an entire month and lied and said my trans was shipping from another state and that it had got lost in transit. Yet they could never provide me with any tracking information. The whole time these people were lying. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE NO MATTER DESPERATE YOU ARE!"
