"Booked over phone, but when we arrived they didn't actually have the type of room we asked for, so I slept on the floor. Night receptionist was a bit defensive about the room reservation over the phone with their headquarters, since she didn't have what we asked for (non-smoking, pet-friendly, two beds), but she gave me extra bedding, so not a complete disaster. Convenient location. Clean room for being pet-friendly."

"Love the fact that this was a very quiet Hotel Beds were comfortable looks like a new remodel. Breakfast was great staff was incredible. Price was very good compared to other hotels"

"Booked online, said pet friendly but note that doesn't mean all rooms are pet friendly. Luckily they had one open when we arrived. Clean and simple room, comfy bed. Looked forward to a hot shower but no hot water.... That part sucked. Front desk said owner is aware but hasn't been there yet to turn up the heat. May want to make that happen sooner rather than later. Never impressed when a problem is known but not shared."

"Last minute business trip to Jasper and needed a room for one night. Website looked promising, but upon check in, the room 112 had not been cleaned. Floor had trash and debris in it and had not been swept out and bed linen was not changed out. Went back to the office and told the lady at the front desk. She acted like she was agitated, went through some paperwork on the desk, made another key handed to me, no apology, no explanation or anything. New room just a couple of doors down from office felt damp, pot smell coming into room all night long. If I could smell it , I know the office employees could as close as my room was to it. Went to breakfast at 6:30am wasn’t anything but warm coffee and all carb loaded food. No protein like eggs or meat. Seems like the “remodeling” was just a dress up. Do not recommend staying here!"

"Last minute trip to my hometown and my usual hotels were fully booked. When I was younger, this hotel wasn’t where adults stayed unless it was a business deal, if ya catch my drift. But I booked it anyway because I had to stay somewhere after driving 11 hours. I was pleasantly shocked that the rooms were clean and remodeled and were actually quite lovely!! I slept great too. The staff were very friendly as well. I will definitely save money and stay here on my quick trips home now!"
