"Delivered washer and dryer and dryer did not work when my husband hooked it up. The account is in jeremy trotters name through the jasper store. When i called them they were rude and told me it was new out of the box and suggested it was are fault. They picked it up and never contacted me about it but still charge my card. I want a refund since i never even got to use the dryer"
