"The man gave us a room with bedbugs, and tried to lie and say it was no bugs but I had my phone light on them and they was moving in the chair. I asked for a different room with no bugs but he said they all the same. He is infested with bedbugs and don’t care bout it! A refund doesn’t matter when your trying to cover up the problem with fixing it."

"Booked this for a family get together and was told I could cancel until one day before. Clerk said they are totally booked that time of year, so no problem. Called over a week before my stay to cancel and was told I would not receive credit for all nights. They would have to charge me for one night even though I cancelled over a week before the trip. Don't stay here. They require you pay up front and then won't refund your money."
