Stone Brook Inn

"This place is absolutely disgusting. There is mold on the walls, bed bugs, and roaches everywhere. They will not clean rooms and it's an act of Congress to get towels and clean sheets. The owners are very rude and not pleasant to deal with. I am shocked this hotel is still open. The health department needs to make a visit."

"The only reason they got 1 star is because you can't go lower, this hotel gets worse and worse every year. I can kinda deal with the musky smell, but in the first 5 minutes of being there I saw countless roaches both on the furniture and coming out of the receptacles. We had 2 days left on our room and chose to leave due to bedbugs. My husband and I had 73 bites in 3 nights"

"Our room was terribly dirty. The fridge still had drinks opened and unopened in it. Previous person’s hair ties on the couch and bed. The room was suppose to bed non smoking but it smelled awful of cigars. Didn’t stay and asked for our money back and they refused saying I had to go to the website. The website is down, go figure."

"It was disgusting. The owners were like 2 doors down from me drilling or something. too noisy with them doing that. I decided to leave and say 60 bucks lost. unfortunately I forgot to leave the room key, so I had to go back to it, to drop the key off in the morning.. ugh. The lady at the front desk was nice though."

"My boyfriend and I recently stayed here for almost 2 weeks. Rooms where semi-clean upon arriving. We had to ask for toilet tissue almost daily. Ice was not available. Bed was made 3 times during our stay. Floors were never vacuumed the whole stay. Dusting was apparently not a necessity. A dead roach was in our lamp shade the whole time and cigarette butts were on the floor. I would not want to stay there again. Unfortunately this was all that was available. The best thing I can say is we survived!"
