I've contacted them a couple times and only to get "run around". When I asked for refund, they do not respond to it. BUYER BEWARE....Needless to say, I have contacted authorities and they are investigating...again. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM"

"Only giving them a star b/c I have to select at least 1. I'd give their product a 0 if I could and -100 for their customer service. I ordered a hoodie that said ZIP hoodie, but it came as a pullover hoodie. I went to customer service to send a replacement or refund and they absolutely refused, even though their website says 100% satisfaction. False advertisement, false representation of their items, and don't expect to get anywhere with customer service. Overall garbage! BUYER BEWARE!"
