"Had breakfast here after checking out from Meridian Essex. Received a coupon and inquired about using it, staff seemed uninterested, but confirmed coupon could be used. Many staff members stopped by to check on my table and felt rushed. There were probably five other tables. The food was ok, nothing to complain or rave about. Bloody Mary was below average. ***Make sure to check the bill, had to ask for the coupon to be added***"
"If i could have, this would have been a 3.5. My girls both loved the kids breakfast with French toast. My husband had the fried chicken sandwich and fries. He gave the sandwich 4 stars, and the fries were a 5. Yummy. My portobello burger was 3.5. The bun was small and a little stale, but the contents were delicious. I was super happy with the fruit cup that I "substituted" for fries until I got the check. They charged me 4.50 for it. It was strawberries, Bananas, blueberries, and blackberries. So much better than the usual musk melon and grapes you normally get in a fruit cup. Overall, it was good. Not great. We had a coupon for staying at the hotel and I would still say it was a bit pricey for what you get, but my family liked their food, so I was happy overall."
"The service and the food are very good. I came for lunch and I ordered the Seared Salmon ($26) and a glass of red wine ($12). There is a 3% charge for using credit cards."
"How do you go from a three star to a five-star? Terrence Scott, the manager. Terrence handled my situation with compassion and care. Customer service truly is the backbone of any business. With his personable attention He will take this establishment far. Terrence, thank you for taking the time."
