She rudely replied that they were closed and she didn't have anything to do with childcare services....she proceeded to hang up in my face. Why would any business have her working in customer service? She sucks!!"

"I was denied child care because they stated I was unemployed even though i was employed full time and provide 4 of my most recent check stubs. I applied again and was denied again."

"On January 2, 2019, 11:20am I called Family Guidance Center to get very much needed information in an attempt to help a young adult. The switchboard operator kept very rudely hanging up on me and transferring my call before listening to my full question. She did this three times without knowing my reason for calling. I called the 1-800 number and got the same person. I stated to her that she was very rude to keep hanging up on me and that she can not help people if she doesn’t listen in order to direct them to the correct source. I was left trying to figure out why is she working a switchboard if she can’t help anyone. She didn’t even have the decency to care and hung up again. What has happened to the standards of humanity, care, and dignity. God help us all."

"We weew in car accident in Montgomery aAlabam travel aide would not help us they had no reason at all to deny us I have never had the reason to use it but I was in a bad position they left us on the street I was ill and it as.thr was the worse experience of my life the people in the office were unprofessional and very very much lied and found it fun to string us along and not help us this organization as far as I read is wonderful this office in Montgomery needs to restaffed ASAP I plan on taken action I will not let this happen to other people"
