"Ugh the number of times my mobile order mysteriously didn't go through to the restaurant but the transaction hit my account (to be refunded 3 days later) is absolutely astounding. And then have to place order in store (don't get any of the rewards discounts) or figure out something else to eat."

"I went INSIDE & ordered for carryout. Ordered 2 single bacon cheeseburgers & a baconator (not son of). The 2 bacon cheeseburgers had NO bacon & the baconator is pathetically small with only 2 strips of bacon. I was home in less than 5 minutes & the burgers were cold. Absolutely AWFUL!"

"The staff was great, very efficient and the order was correct. The restaurant is in rough shape. Several seat cushions are ripped, the carpet is worn down and the restroom needs some help."

"After giving this location several chances, I just have to call a spade a spade. The care and service are lacking. They are extremely slow and today not only were they slow they managed to get my order completely wrong. I ordered a number 6 (Spicy chicken meal) not only did I not receive the correct sandwich whatever they gave me wasn't fit to be consumed. I will say the fries are always good and hot."
