"Like shoe carnival. The shoes are ok and the people polite. Never too busy. Parking ok and free. But there used to be a lot of exciting deals back in the day that made it worth the purchase. Now the shoes really are the same price as elsewhere. also I am a popular size so don't find a lot that fits me. Love the shoe carnivals in Chicago though. They usually have my size and more interesting shoes. Think they probably just move more inventory. Recommend though. I walk through every so often."

"Wish they carried more variety for women who have bigger feet. There was only a small selection for size 11. The few employees that passed, didn’t even bother to acknowledge me. I wasn’t acknowledged by an employee until I was half way out the door. The gentlemen stopped me and asked if there was anything that he could help me find… I addressed my concern and he said “Online offers a bigger variety..” I like to try my shoes on before purchasing, that’s why I went into the store in the first place."
