"Came here with my niece and sister-in-law, worse experience ever! The lady was rude when I was speaking for my sister and niece because they didn’t know Spanish. She was asking who was the mom and the quinceañera and when they said who they were she just looked at them weird. Afterwards some ladies came in and she left to attend them and ignored us the whole time. Worse service ever in my opinion."
"I walked and and asked for help, was ignored so we walked around looking at the dresses; when I requested help for my younger sister to try on a dress I was told an adult had to be present.. I am a legal adult and had an ID and was still declined help. Snobby and rude, terrible customer service. Not everyone has a mother present to be able to go dress shopping! the entitlement is crazy."
"We went to find my bf wedding dress and the lady was very rude to her, she didn't want her to try the dresses on, she want to make sure that my friend will buy the dress that day, how come? In order to find the right dress she needs to try them on, I do not recommend this place at all, besides is way overpriced,"
