"Purchased three pair of the apollo white leather tassel loafers and was sent the wrong colors twice. The color on the website was white leather the colors i receiced waa beige. I called customer service they said it may due to lighting not true. The first pair i purchased was white leather. Something changed. Definitely a quality control issue. Would avoid buying any shoes until they confirm what you see is what you get!"

"Going to the actual store was great. It felt more like a boutique. The way the shoes were displayed and the store lay out was, very comfortable and inviting. The customer service was on point! The sales rep was very patient in the way he answered my questions, and assisted me in finding my right size. I was very pleased with my experience and will be back again real soon."

"Ordered the Poseidon Blue High Tops. Packaging and design is fantastic, which is why I ordered. Shoe is extremely uncomfortable, stiff and bulky in all the wrong places. The shoe width is basically a size D or even larger. The interior room of the shoe is twice as much needed, definitely not the snug comfortable high tops I've always worn. The company will not offer a return since this was a 'sale' or 'discounted' product, beware of this since they intentionally do not state this clearly. So unfortunate."

"Can't be trusted to fit. Size varies wildly. Not consistent if ordered via shipping. Quality is hit and miss too. I ordered two pair of dress shoes. They look nice and are OK quality. I then ordered a pair of sneakers IN THE EXACT SAME SIZE. They were WAY WAY smaller. I had to pay for the return shipping and when I got a size up (13) they were still small. Very hit and miss. And the quality of the sneaker is cheap feeling. Will never order from them again. Can't trust what I'll get. (Pics are of same size shoes)."
