"The food we got here tonight is the best food I've ever had from any Applebee's, ever, including this one. Idk what's changed but please keep it up! The food was actually hot, fresh, well cooked, and not over/under seasoned. Most surprisingly the fried stuff didn't taste like old fry oil."

"The rating on service should actually be 0. The restaurant was not busy, and our waitress was standing around talking during most of our meal. She was rude and would not serve us. She sent another waitress to assist us and to give us the bill, after we requested it, and she barely gave notice of the request. We had to ask two nicer waitresses who our actual waitress was. We were told Tiffany and Olivia were our servers. The nicer waitresses were apologetic for the terrible service and helped us get change for our cash. We only left a 14 cent tip, as we left the cash for the bill on the table and left. We are middle aged and wonder if our waitress discriminates on age. Obviously, she's not interested in earning good tips! We wished we had the nicer waitresses, as they were doing their jobs and were very helpful!"
