"It is a nice beautiful store however none of the employees interact with any of the people sitting in the lobby except to tell them we're closing in 5 minutes. I thought somebody was supposed to be known for its customer service why are they walking around sharing different coffee flavors with us?"
"I ordered in person because the app said my order was sold out so I went in to see what I could change. It took them 20 minutes to make my drink and 2 people behind me got their drinks first. I was in a hurry and left before I could realize that even after all that they got my drink wrong. I paid extra for add-ins and those were left out."
"PUMPKIN EVERYTHING!! The staff is always wonderful here. Sometimes the app will say they are sold out of some things (Pumpkin Muffin) but if you're patient enough to ask, even when ordering ahead, they do have more."
