"I had an amazing experience with Loni Decker. She’s was the best part of going there! She made sure I was completely satisfied with no only the dress but with the whole experience. She genuinely cared. However, you guys fired her. You fired her for no reason other than some lady that worked there, didn’t like her. I will never shop there again. "I had the best experience!! I walked in without an appointment planning to just look around and get some ideas for my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses. They ended up having room for me to try on some dresses. I tried on 3 total and found my dream dress! Nevaeh was so nice and helpful. I felt so much support in making sure I was picking the dress I truly wanted. She was very informative about all the ordering and alteration processes. Thank you Nevaeh!"

"The experience at these shop was amazing. The 2 ladies that were working that day were both very helpful and made me feel beautiful in every dress that I tried on. I had other dresses from other stores in mind but I had no idea these store had so many beautiful ones in stock. "Super dissatisfied and disappointed in my experience with David’s bridal. Purchased my dress for a reasonable price and then got it altered. Got a call from alterations before the final pick up saying they “found a hole in the dress when steaming it” fairly certain I would have noticed a hole in my wedding dress when purchasing it, so I do not feel like they are being completely transparent about how the hole got there. They told me it was already altered, and they would love to “do this the easy way instead of the hard way“ since it was already altered. They could give me a percentage of my money back on the dress, if I was willing to except it with the hole. Came back saying 10% was what they were willing to reimburse me for a 5 inch hole in the outside layer of a wedding dress. Maybe I’m being a bridezilla, but I think that is absurd. Do better David’s bridal. Definitely won’t be recommending this place to family or friends"
