"Worst store and customer service is horrible!! The lady sara in Evansville Indiana that was there tues at 6 needs to be let go bc if one of my employees spoke to a customer that way they'd be let go. She should be embarrassed. Spend the extra money at shoe carnival. Better customer service better quality"

"Please be careful when shopping at the shoe place in Eastland mall. I went in there to shop for shoes for the kids and mirl. Alex liked a pair of boots. We spent 20 minutes trying to find the right shoe to fit him. Now they were marked at $24.99 with a sale price of $19.98. When they ring up for the $24.99 I said that is the wrong price. The girl just asked me if I wanted to take them off. I told her there is a whole bunch of the same boots with the lower price on them. She then said she had to get the manager to come get it. She then went and got another lady who said she couldn't do anything about it unless I wanted to pay the price of $24.99 for it. I said it is false advertising and it's a bait and switch hook. She then said no someone at corporate didn't do their job right by inputting the right price so it was either I could pay the $24.99 or not get the shoe at all. I walked out without getting any shoes and told them it was a bait and switch and that was highly illegal."

"I have worked there almost 1 year now, and I'm happy there. We try to have a well stocked and clean store as well as providing a happy and safe shopping experience - for EVERYONE. There are so many styles, for anyone to choose from, but if we don't have the size someone needs we are more than happy to order it for them if available. We offer free ahipping if order is over $50 and only 3 - 7 days to get it delivered to your door. I have never worked for a store manager who works harder to keep our customers happy, but there are some things out of our control, like N1%3, they made the changes to on line only, and some brands do not make 1/2 sizes, others dont come in wide, but if you ask we will do what we can to get what you want. It really is a happy place to work as well as shop."

"You should be ashamed of your employees. My brother and I walked in to shop around and I also had my 4 month old daughter with me as well, and one of the employees said something but didn’t think she was talking to us considering she was across the store so we kept walking. Then she shouted again at my brother saying “no shopping bags were allowed in the store” and said he needed to bring them to her. He was confused and she took them and sat them behind the counter saying he could have them back when we leave, but she didn’t take anyone else’s bags. I went up to the counter and asked why she took them and said “no store in the mall allows you to have shopping bags in their store so if you have a problem you should take them out to your car”. As I walked off she continued to say rude things about us too. With that being said we were irritated with how rude she was and decided to leave. My brother went up front and said he wanted his bag and the employee THREW it at him, threatened to call security and cussed us out and called me an “ass” all in front of my child. I will NEVER return to your store. And the manager will definitely be hearing from me as well."

"This place is great. They sell a wide variety at a great price. Their workers are awesome, helpful, and friendly! One worker went above and beyond to help me and sadly got a complaint on her for doing so. I was buying shoes for my daughter and she had similar sized feet, I was wondering how they would fit. I asked her if she could try them on to help me see how they would fit. It was a awkward thing to ask but she was very professional! Sadly when I returned to the store I overheard she got a complaint for helping me out in a bind. I appreciate that this worker went above and beyond for me and I'm sorry that she had a Karen complain about her! I definitely recommend Shoe Department! I will be a returning customer for sure! The shoe fit my daughter perfectly by the way and that saved me from guessing all do to the professional staff! Thank you!"
