"Madison Premier Preschool has been nothing but amazing to our son. He attended daycare here from 3 months, to almost 4 years old. The teachers are absolutely amazing, so patient, kind, and loving towards the kids. The admin staff are just as amazing as the teachers. I never worried about anything with my son was there. I would recommend this daycare to anyone who is looking!"
"We attended Madison Premier Preschool for years, from the infant to the preschool program. The previous director was wonderful and ensured that every child's needs were met. She walked the school regularly, checking on each classroom and personally worked with the teachers to ensure high quality care. She knew every child in the school by name and regularly communicated with parents. It felt like family. She was eventually replaced with a new director and assistant director. Serious issues arose with her leaving and the school went through an upheaval that negatively impacted the children. My child's teacher was abruptly dismissed at the same time and my child's class was combined with another class that was already at its maximum capacity. The result was about 40 children in one class with one teacher and one teaching assistant. At the same time, the school was trying to hire a new director and assistant director. Eventually, the school moved a teacher from the infant class into the preschool class with no additional training and hired a teaching assistant with very little childcare experience. The teaching assistant was wonderful though and my child enjoyed being under her care. However, issues arose when the infant care teacher joined. This teacher was inadequately prepared for this age group and targeted my child. We had no issues prior to this event. Management handled the situation extremely poorly and unprofessionally. The school provides very limited resources and severely underpays their staff. Prior to the former teacher's dismissal, she regularly asked for contributions and was paying for classroom supplies out of her pocket. She was trying to make do with very little means. For example, the school refused to let teachers print worksheets and if my child wanted to write or draw - it was done on the back of used paper or scraps of paper every single time. Needless to say, this doesn't help prepare preschoolers for kindergarten. In the end, my child left a preschool/daycare they attended for years in tears. To this day, my child asks about their friends. It was all destroyed by one "teacher" who was very young and inexperienced. Our family felt betrayed and I cannot recommend this school to anyone. We paid into this school for years and the owners couldn't care less - they got their money out of us. The owners are profit driven and careless. They prefer to hire inexperienced staff with limited to no childcare experience at low wages to keep their profits high. Even the owner admitted this when she said she was having trouble finding and keeping good teachers. This school has very high turnover, which creates an unstable environment. The previous director was the tape holding it together."
"My family loves Madison Premier. Everyone on staff is very kind and caring. As opposed to some other daycares and preschools, Premier has new lesson plans every week that provide a great learning experience that children enjoy. If you are looking for a daycare/preschool for your child, be sure to check out Madison Premier."
"My wife and I have owned Premier Preschool for nearly 2 years now and we have never been rude to anyone. We have made great strides to make improvements throughout both facilities. The Directors manage each location daily and are experienced, highly qualified, managers who do an excellent job. We value everyone and strive to please our parents and staff while nurturing and teaching the children. If anyone has an issue, we have always welcomed them to talk to the directors first or they can address any issue directly with us. We will address all concerns as quickly as possible."
"As a military family, finding a quality preschool and daycare program can be stressful. We have been so pleased with Premier Preschool: Madison Campus and I would recommend them to anyone. The staff is friendly and welcoming to all parents. I feel welcomed every time I come into the building. Our child was in the Early Preschool and graduated to the Preschool class during our time here. Ms. Toney in the the Early Preschool class was wonderful with my child and gave me support and advice during the potty training phase and made that period much less stressful than it had been with her older sibling. They keep the children busy and engaged with activities throughout the day. She is currently in the Preschool room run by Ms. Booth and absolutely loves her time there. She is making friends, her vocabulary has blossomed, and she comes home excited to count and naming off colors around the house. The teachers in the preschool room are happy to talk with me about her day. We are so sad to leave this area already (thanks military!) when we've found such a great place for our child's care. If we ever return and have other children, this will be the first place we enroll."
