"Tasted like any other Chicago beef sandwich. Bell peppers were large diced instead of julienned..what are they thinking? Staff was excellent, very helpful and courteous. Restaurant appeared to be clean. Fast service with quick-park and pick-up parking. Wheelchair very accessible. Will return. Update: Not so fast service next visit. Waited about 5-6min for food. Took sunset pics, so, still a nice place to eat and they're less expensive than subs."

"Another mistake. This is mistake #4. My family loves the food so we keep going back but man they screw up a lot. Maybe it’s how their system allows them to add or subtract condiments. Ketchup with tomato on one cheese burger and mustard with jalapeños on the other cheeseburger. Got a drop of ketchup on the ketchup and tomato one. Ok fine. I can add some cause I’m taking this home. But the mustard and jalapeño came with giardiniera and ketchup. I mean come on. Last time I ordered the Buffalo chicken salad with grilled chicken instead of fried and asked for it to come as is and with the Buffalo sauce and guess what. No Buffalo sauce. I mean we just wanted the chicken grilled is all. A other time I asked for a cheeseburger plain and they have me a burger plain. Drove back and told them the mistake and they gave me a new one. Guess what. They still didn’t give me a cheese burger. “Cheese” was left off cause I asked for a plain cheeseburger. Maybe I should have asked for a plain burger and add cheese. I don’t know what else to do."

"Went here for mother's day and couldn't be more satisfied. The meatball sandwich was delicious, and they even offered my mom a free rainbow cone (a Chicago classic!)"
