"I found this neat little store hidden in plain sight. They have quite the inventory and everything is arranged so nice and neat. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and had a lot of knowledge about their products. She has had previous experience. I thought I had a problem with an item I’d bought, but I’d walked out the door at closing time and had to make a trip to a local department store before it closed, so I knew I couldn’t hop off the interstate and hop back on in the opposite direction to return to this store and address the issue. They’d likely be gone already, or the door would surely be locked as they did closing duties, and I would also not make it to my next stop on time. So I searched up the number and gave a quick call. A friendly voice answered but it wasn’t a familiar one. I realized after a moment I wasn’t talking to the sweet lady I’d just met at the store. I must have called the cell phone of an owner. It was after 10PM at night and this sweet lady answered and was so kind telling me it was their policy that folks open and try purchases inside the store, so that if there is a defect, it can be addressed before the customer hits the parking lot. This is due to the fact of customers lying and putting old products in the packaging and trying to exchange to rip off the business. However, I was told to just come tomorrow and bring it, and they would kindly exchange it. This was so nice and so kind I thought, to break policy just to please a customer who wasn’t aware of the policy. May I add that I later realized there was absolutely nothing wrong with this product. I just hadn’t quite figured it out yet, so I never had to make any exchange or return. How nice of these people to go above and beyond ! Good prices, great inventory ,wonderful staff, stop in and check it out, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.."
