"Until walking out of Academy Sports I didn’t even know this place existed. It is in the back corner between Academy Sports and Club 4 Fitness and can’t be seen from the street. It has a fair selection of beer but the liquor is a bit pricey. The Dogfish six pack I purchased was on par for pricing. There are cigars and mixers available. The hours are later than ABC being open until 11 PM Monday through Thursday, until midnight on Friday and Saturday, and until 10 PM on Sunday. The staff is super friendly."

"Like many people said, highway robbery prices but very nice, attentive people here. The liquor industry/racket/state monopoly in Alabama needs to get with the program. If you've ever lived out West where they actually have the free market for these items, you'll understand. Believe it or not, in most Western states you can purchase liquor at any grocery store, including Costco, for prices that are at least 40% lower than here. Also, they don't have oppressive restrictions regarding WHEN and on what days you can purchase alcohol. This is absolutely insane here in Alabama."
