"My husband and I were out for an afternoon drive on a nice day in February. Decided to stop and try this BBQ place. We both had pulled pork sandwiches and onion rings. Pork was incredibly tender and BBQ sauce very good. Onion rings were fresh and very tasty. Staff was extremely friendly. They forgot to charge us for one of the sandwiches and were just going to eat the cost but we were happy to pay for the great food. Very pleasant, laid back, relaxed atmosphere. If you’re in the area, give them a try!"

"Great new BBQ place. Got the pulled pork was good. Baked beens were phenomenal. Coleslaw is white, loved it. Fried okra was good too. Son got burger was good. Only knock was needed to b served on bigger plates. Hard to eat off of small plates. Portions were big. We will be back"

"You must try the Piggy Mac and cheese! Penne pasta really is the best noodle of choice here, hearty and cooked to perfection. The portion servings are on point in simple table ware. Great atmosphere I can’t wait to come here for sports in the future. I enjoyed the food so much I got a delicious pulled pork and side of Cole slaw(chopped fresh daily) to go. "We tried Phat Daddy’s BBQ tonight for the first time and it did NOT disappoint. From the personal greeting at the door, the service at the counter, the clean environment and the delicious food….everything was top notch! Even in the midst of a computer outage and having to handwrite tickets and deliver them to the kitchen, we had our food delivered to our table within 10 minutes. Our table ordered a pulled pork sandwich, pulled pork grilled cheese and a pulled pork quesadilla-the pulled pork was tender and the sauce was perfectly sweet and savory. We also shared sidewinder fries and onion rings and they were both crispy and delicious. We are so ecstatic to have a delicious place to eat that is close to home and locally owned! We can’t wait to go back and try the other menu items."
