"Disgusting. This location should seriously be shut down - somebody is going to get sick. My fries were honestly so mushy they were mashed to the bottom by time I got home and the container was half full from them being like that. The burger was literally rubber. Seriously the most disgusting fast food experience I've ever had. The workers seemed miserable and literally could barely understand them. The whole parking lot reeked of marijuana. I'm contacting the health department in the morning because I really think it's to the point someone is going to get sick - that's how bad it was. Of course, they don't answer the phone and their phone mailbox is full because they probably get every customer calling to complain and they obviously don't care."

"Who manages this place? Went her roughly 6pm it was dark out and all of outside lights are off. I thought they were closed..who's bright idea was the robot taking your order? I spent 7 minutes correcting it. Food was trash . I could barely eat it everything was cold and tasted like it was sitting out for an hour.. Probably won't be back. Definitely not like I used to be. I think only the employees run the show."

"It's definitely a step up when it comes to service and getting the orders correct. They went to an automated order taking system. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Staff is friendly and worth the travel from South Bend IN."

"Workers were outside at midnight and I'm glad my kid was an adult cause omg the conversation I heard was not for a child's ears. Service was ok. Didn't tell us they were out of the drink until after payment so no choice to remove it with no hassle. Fries were not full but were still good. Burger was ok."

"I haven't been to Rally's in about 4 years because it's always slow and everything is always completely wrong. Thought I'd try again tonight hoping it would be better.... I asked for a double burger with nothing but the patties and cheese. It had EVERYTHING in abundance. I also got a chili dog and it is very obvious the chili had been left in a pot, dried completely out and they added ketchup to try and moisten it up. The bun is hard, the hotdog is completely dried out. We won't be going back. I hope someone decides to take some pride in their business and make some changes."
