"Took my mother to Pizza King Decatur for Mother’s Day lunch. The pizza was bad. When my mother complained about the pizza the franchise owner was extremely rude and disrespectful to my elderly mother. She left in tears. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I used to eat there several times a month but this last visit has left a horrible taste in my mouth, so to speak. If I could say one thing to the owners of the Decatur Pizza King it would be, “Please be kind to others, especially senior citizens. My mom is the kindest and most gentle person. There was no need for them to disrespect her on Mother’s Day!"
