"Usually it's great. But tonight we ordered a medium 2 topping pepperoni with mushrooms and a medium sausage and mushrooms for pickup. My husband got them home and we got in our jammies done running for the day. Opened our 2 boxes and 1 was only mushrooms with VERY little cheese and looked like cardboard. The other looks like a steak and cheese. It's aggravating when it's 20 some degrees out side and in order to get your order fixed we would have to get redressed and drive back out. We ALWAYS tip our driver when they show up but we were out tonight and picked it up. It would have been nice if when we called them back if they would have offered to bring us 2 new ones and took these back."
"They've been improving lately but still subpar. Ordered 3 pizzas yesterday and all were so under sauced there was none in the center of any of them. Certainly better than the time before when I got nothing at all."
"We’ve tried this location several times and a couple of times the food was decent but more often it’s just bad. Pizzas are overcooked and cold when we pick them up, even though we have to wait on them when we arrive. Ordered hand tossed and were either given thin crust or the hand tossed has really thinned down. The “extra” cheese and Wisconsin six cheese both had so little cheese that much of the crust showed through. The bread bites were fine. Paid over $17 for one pizza that couldn’t hold a candle to an $7 frozen pizza. Ya win some, ya lose some, and boy we lost this one!"
"Paid $16.49 for a large pizza that wasn't even cut. And when you deal with customer service they only want to refund you a medium 2 topping pizza and not what you paid for. This will be the last time I get screwed over by Domino's. Will never eat there again. Would NEVER recommend this pizza chain to a friend or family."
"I have waited since 10:20 pm it is now 1:16 to get a sandwich that looks like it was dropped on the floor and not well put together and wings cold as ever. The guy tht took my order was so unpleasant and even though they were in the wrong he was rude only because I was trying to check and see where the order was. Everytime I tried to be polite and say thank you after seeing were my order was he’d hang up on me that’s by far the worst experience ever!"
